About MeMo by Monument

MeMo is designed to connect and support informal carers, who look after people with dementia to help them live independently at home for longer.

This website contains information about dementia, interesting articles and accessible events. There are helpful tips and advice on a wide range of topics, including shared stories from carers too.

The events and places section shows where you can visit, information about the facilities available to you, and what special events are taking place across Norfolk.

There are articles dedicated to assistive technology that provide support in caring for somebody with dementia, which have been trialled by carers.
