MONUMENT - Top Tips for Carers

This MONUMENT Top Tips Video is ideal for unpaid carers, family and friends of people living with dementia who are based in Norfolk and are keen to get out and about into nature with their cared for.

The MONUMENT project collaborated with carers and the charity Dementia Adventure to deliver this video as part of an inspiring set of training about the benefits of getting outdoors.

The MONUMENT pilot has been led locally by the Environment Service at Norfolk County Council, working with teams in Assistive Technology, Active Norfolk, and Adult Social Services, as well as charities and partners in the UK and Europe.
