What personal data and why

This website is developed for the European Project Monument (Interreg 2 Seas, with the support of the European Regional Development Fund). The European Union 2 Seas Programme requires the number of visitors to our website for analytical purposes, which is why we have installed Google Analytics.

When you contact us with a specific question, we will only process and use your email address to contact you about your request/question. Your email address will not be stored or kept in a separate database.

Storage and retention

Imec has appropriate technical and organisational measures in place, which are incorporated in security policies to keep your data safe.

Your personal data will be kept for as long as it is reasonably necessary for the purposes for which we originally collected your personal data.

The data processed by Google Analytics will be kept for two months after your last visit to our website. The aggregated results for reporting purposes will be kept until the end of the Project.
